Product Features

OHD series adopt hot air diffuser to gain an even hot air flow to improve drying efficiency.
Material-contact surface made of stainless steel to eliminate material contamination.
The closely casting aluminum shell ensures excellent insulation.
Hot air inlet elbow design can effectively avoid burning caused by dust piling up at the bottom of the pipe heaters.
The hopper design is convenient for cleaning and material change.

Application

OHD series hopper dryer is normally applied for drying of non-hygroscopic engineering plastic resins or mildly hygroscopic plastic with not very strict moisture content requirement, like PE, PVC and etc. OHD hopper dryer is economic in cost, but not good drying effect. For medium and highly hygroscopic plastic resin drying, dehumidifying dryers are strong suggested.

The hopper dryer can be mounted directly at the feed port of the injection molding machine, as the above application.

The OHD hopper dryers can also be mounted in a floor stand and applied with vacuum loader to loaded the dried material to the Injection molding machine for production.
